Fee Schedule (Indexing)

I charge $2.00 to $5.00 a page for indexing. My rate is dependent upon the following:

- level of detail needed in the index
- complexity of the material
- length, space, and coding requirements
- time allowed for completion of the index
- need for repagination or extensive editing

Please contact me to discuss your needs. I can usually give you a fair quote after I see proofs of a chapter in the middle of your book.

I charge $45.00 per hour for repagination.

Fee Schedule (Proofreading)

For stand-alone proofreading, I request $30.00 per hour, plus reimbursement for printing from PDF files and for shipping back to you.

If you would like me to also proofread as I index, I add $.50 to $1.00 per page onto the indexing charge.
